Who doesn’t love the idea of some time to focus on their health. Time to chat over a healthy homemade lunch served just for you. A chance to hear from experts in their field so that you can make informed choices about your health. And perhaps a chance to be creative and discover hidden talents!

Welcome to Time For you, where you can do all that - and within the school day!

We have an exciting timetable for you this year - you can see an outline of each day below but it will be finalised shortly. Each day will start with by getting you moving. Our friendly FEMALE coaches will be offering a range of activities all geared with women’s fitness in mind, including Woodland Fitness Walks, invigorating Yoga, a Summer Arms class ( who doesn’t hate their arms!) for runners a chance to Rev up your Running session, and our bespoke SLJ fitness class which is guaranteed to burn fat without a single star jump!

After a mid morning break where we will tempt you with our freshly made juices, a different one each day, we slow the pace a bit and invite you to treat your body to some relaxation, stretching and mindfulness.

Lunchtime is a highlight of your day at Time for You as you relax and enjoy your lunch. Yes, it is healthy but we guarantee your tastebuds will be excited by the fresh colourful foods - hopefully giving you ideas to take away and try at home. .

Our afternoon sessions are a little more relaxing, and creative this year. On Tuesday afternoon we are really excited to be able to offer you the chance to learn about Aromatherapy in a workshop where you will mix your own aromatherapy rollerball to take away, under the guidance of Hazel Stinson from Wild Soul. Finding something healthy but quick to eat at lunchtime, whether at home or in an office, is a real challenge so our guest on Wednesday is Pip from the Cooking Apple , she will be doing a cookery demonstration and tasting and giving us the recipes to try at home afterwards. And for those coming on Thursday, another tasty treat as you will be making your own chocolate bar! Apparently with lots of health benefits included which expert Naomi Buff from Nourish by Naomi, will explain to us all.

Your day always finishes with afternoon tea and CAKE - as much as we love to eat healthy food we all love a cuppa and a cake. Of course we cater for

Who is Time For You for?

Anyone who needs to step off the busy hamster wheel of life and focus on themselves for a few hours or days. Our fitness sessions are suitable for a range of fitness levels from those wanting a bit of a challenge to those who need a more gentle option.

When is Time For You?

Time For You runs for three days on April 30th, May 1st and May 2nd. Each day starts at 9.30 and finishes promptly at 3.00pm. You can book for all three days or just come to one or two, whatever works best for you. Each year this event has increased in popularity so please book your space soon to be sure to get the day of your choice, numbers are limited due to space and catering.

Note - We cater for vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten and dairy free eaters.

Cost - One day £65, two days £120, three days £165 - this includes all fitness classes, morning juices and power bars, homemade lunch, and afternoon tea and cake PLUS Aromatherapy Rollerball for Tuesday attendees, Healthy but Speedy Lunch Recipes (and tasting)  for Wednesday attendees and Handmade Chocolate Bar for Thursdays attendees.
