Running is a great way to keep fit and get some fresh air but sometimes life gets in the way and we need a bit of a nudge to get going again!

Our Back to Running course is a perfect option for anyone wanting a steady gentle return to running fitness.

You will do a short warm up, the 'run/walk' and a cool down and stretch to finish. The session will take a little over an hour, depending on how every one feels that day. And because we know how scary these things can be - we are also offering a FREE taster session on 10th January - sign up for that too!

  • Course dates - Fridays : 17th, 24th,31st Jan, 7th, 14, 28, Feb and 7th March

  • Course cost - ยฃ90 for 8 weeks

Our NEW 8 week course is for you if:

  • You have done some running in the past

  • You want to start slowly and build up gently

  • You need someone to motivate you

  • You want your fit strong body back again

  • You enjoy being part of a supportive group

You will leave at 9.15am and be back by about 10.30am. We will build up your fitness, starting with a walk/run to help you get back your running fitness and confidence.
